Eight outdoor dedicated pickleball courts.

In the case of inclement weather, the rain date will be September 21st & 22nd.

**PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY FOR YOURSELF ONLY.  DO NOT SIGN IN AS SOMEONE ELSE, USING THEIR ACCOUNT AND PAY FOR THEM.   THERE IS A LIABILITY WAIVER THAT EACH RESGISTERED PLAYER MUST READ AND CHECK THE BOX BEFORE PAYING.  THIS STEP IS NOT TO BE DONE ON SOMEONE ELSE'S BEHALF. **

Playing Format

        
  • RANDOM DRAW DETERMINES ROUND ROBIN POOL PLAY FOR EACH DIVISION. 
  • EACH TEAM WILL PLAY ALL TEAMS AT LEAST ONCE.  IN SOME CASE’S DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF TEAMS IN YOUR DIVISION, YOUR TEAM MAY PLAY EACH TEAM MORE THAN ONCE.
  • THE FIRST TEAM TO 11 POINTS WINS THE GAME.
  • ALL TEAMS WILL SWITCH SIDES AT 6 POINTS.
  • A RANDOM #1 or #2 ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE SCORE SHEETS DETERMINES WHICH TEAM STARTS THE SERVE.  YOUR COURT FACILITATOR WILL COORDINATE AND ANNOUNCE WITH THE START OF EACH NEW GAME.
  • THE SERVING TEAM STARTS THE SERVE AT THE HIGH FENCE SIDE, WHICH IS THE SIDE WHERE THE COURT #s ARE LOCATED ON THE FENCE.
  • ONCE TEAMS ARE ASSIGNED A COURT, TEAMS MAY TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO WARM UP, AND SHOULD BEGIN THE NEW MATCH IMMEDIATELY.
  • EACH TEAM IS ENTITLED TO ONE, ONE MINUTE TIMEOUT PER GAME.
  • ALL PLAYERS WILL CALL THEIR OWN LINES IN/OUT & FAULTS.
  • THE FORMAT FOR ALL NON-MEDAL MATCHES IS ROUND ROBIN FORMAT.
  • FINAL SCORES WILL BE MARKED BY THE COURT FACILITATOR WITH BOTH TEAMS VERIFYING EACH TEAMS SCORE AT THE END OF THEIR GAMES.
  • THE COURT FACILITATORS WILL RETURN THE SCORESHEETS TO SCORER’S TABLE AND WILL ANNOUNCE THE NEXT UPCOMING MATCHES AND COURT ASSIGNMENTS.
  • TEAM STANDINGS WILL BE DETERMINED BY TOTAL SCORES FOR ALL MATCHES.
  • TOP FOUR TEAMS WILL ADVANCE TO THE MEDAL MATCHES, WITH FORMAT TBD BASED ON THE NUMBER OF TEAMS.
  • WPOA reserves the rights to combine and/or cancel divisions based on registration numbers.

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams.

Time

Division play will start at 10am, Noon, and 2pm.  See division details for your start time.
Check-in begins one half hour before your division play starts.


Cost

  • $35 per person
  • Additional events are $15.
  • Everyone is required to register and pay online. 
  • If you have not fully paid for your registration by the registration deadline, we will move a team from the waitlist into your spot.

Ball

Franklin X-40 ball (yellow) will be used for all divisions. WP INC will provide brand-new balls to be used for the shootout.

Bathrooms

Restrooms and drinking fountains are available on-site.

Food / Drink

Snacks and drinks will be provided for registered players.
